Alteration/renovation on a family holiday home in Mt Maunganui.
As you can see the house fits tightly onto the site with a new right of way up one side, and all other boundaries close to there limits. The end result is a modern contemporary looking home, which maintains the homes original character and allows the second storey addition to blend perfectly into the existing dwelling.
